Challenge
A growing organization with a small IT team quickly carries a grown landscape: Microsoft 365 is in place but not really used. Endpoints are still managed largely by hand. Identity and security have evolved over years. In the background, legacy systems run that no one really wants to touch. The shortage is not in ideas – it is in a credible modernization path, and in the confidence that cloud costs will not get out of hand.
Our Solution
We build a modern IT foundation with you – not as a big bang, but as a multi-year maturity path executed with measure. Throughout, we work from our three perspectives – strategic, psychological and technical:
- IT maturity assessment along clear dimensions: endpoints, identity, Microsoft 365, security, legacy, cloud cost, AI readiness.
- Multi-year modernization roadmap in stages – defined milestones with visible value per year, instead of an endless pre-project.
- Modernize endpoint management: move away from manual administration to Intune-based control in a shape that a small IT team can actually operate.
- Establish M365 as a platform – baseline operations, permissions, license hygiene; ongoing adoption is then handled by the M365 & Copilot Adoption Hub.
- Identity and security foundations at the right size: Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, clean admin separation – without enterprise overhead.
- Prioritize legacy retirement along risk × cost × benefit – not everything at once, but the right things first.
- Cloud cost discipline from day one: licenses, consumption services and operating contracts in view, so modernization does not turn into a cost trap.
- Steer external partners and managed service providers – without duplication, with clear interfaces to your team.
- AI readiness: anyone who wants to use AI meaningfully needs a clean foundation – in identities, data and operating model. Modern IT Foundation and the AI Enablement Hub combine directly and build on each other.
Focus & Boundaries
The product focuses on end-to-end modernization of IT structure, operating model and decision-making capability. We do not cover classic operations or support.
A larger IT modernization also confronts IT leadership with leadership and communication tasks that find little room beside daily operations: setting priorities, taking the organization along, convincing management. That is what IT Leadership Office is for – as a complementary product for exactly these questions.
Variants
We typically start with a compact maturity assessment, derive a multi-year modernization plan from it and accompany its execution at an intensity that matches your organization – from strategic sparring to operational programme responsibility alongside your internal team.
Impact & Measurability
We raise the IT maturity of your organization measurably: share of centrally managed endpoints, ratio of modern identities with MFA, retired or contained legacy systems, cloud cost trajectory per stage, readiness for meaningful AI use cases. The result is not a slim deck – it is an IT capable of growing without overwhelming you, professionally, organizationally and financially.
