Meetup Collaboration - Corporate Learning (German)
Public / Free / Registration required
We are excited about a new event in our Collaboration Meetup series. On April 28, we will focus on the topic of Corporate Learning and look forward to two short keynotes to kick off an open exchange.
Keynotes
Jonas Kramer (105/Viertel) - A Pedagogical Perspective on Learning in Organizations
In public discussions about learning and education, it is often non-expert voices that dominate. When the Nobel Prize-winning physicist Carl Wieman spoke about “active learning,” he garnered widespread attention – while educators who professionally deal with the topic rarely get heard. Especially in organizations, learning is seldom a pedagogical matter. The “learning organization” originates from management theory, not educational science. In “Learning & Development” departments, psychologists and organizational developers are in demand – but rarely educators. Yet, what if this perspective could provide crucial insights?
Dominik Hattrup (danorama) - What Does Learning Mean in the Age of Artificial Intelligence?
With the first personal calculator, we stopped doing mental arithmetic. With Wikipedia, our encyclopedias ended up at flea markets – and since Google, we don’t even need to know where to find information anymore. Now, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others provide seemingly perfect answers to any question. Claude or Loveable even deliver ready-made solutions. Does learning still play a role in modern organizations at all?
Please note: The event will be in German language!
